基于新量子蜂群算法的鲁棒多用户检测

Robust Multiuser Detection Based on Novel Quantum Bee Colony Algorithm

摘要: 为求解冲击噪声环境下鲁棒多用户检测的最优解,基于人工蜂群理论和量子计算,提出一种新的量子蜂群优化算法。该算法使用2种量子觅食行为完成整个量子蜂群的协同合作,快速找到最优的蜜源位置。在冲击噪声环境下,基于简单量子蜂群算法设计量子蜂群鲁棒多用户检测器,并与基于遗传算法、量子遗传算法和粒子群算法的多用户检测器进行比较。仿真结果表明,该算法能够较好地找到最优解,且误码率较低。

Abstract: In order to solve the optimal solutions for robust multiuser detection in the impulse noise environment,a Novel Quantum Bee Colony(NQBC) algorithm is proposed based on artificial bee colony algorithm and quantum computing.In NQBC,two new quantum foraging behaviors are used to realize the cooperation of NQBC and find the optimal nectar position with less time.A robust multiuser detector based on NQBC is designed in the presence of impulse noise,and simulation comparisons are made between multiuser detection methods based on Genetic Algorithm(GA),Quantum Genetic Algorithm(QGA) and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).Simulation results show that the proposed method can find the optimal solution and has a lower bit error rate.
