解码转发中继传输系统能量效率的分析与优化

Energy Efficiency Analysis and Optimization for Decode-and-Forward Relay Transmission System

摘要: 针对延时约束下的解码转发单、双向中继系统,分析2种系统的能量效率,并将传输时间和发射功率联合优化,实现能量效率的最大化。通过信道容量及信噪比表达式将发射功率表示为传输时间的函数,将联合优化问题转化为2个决策变量的优化问题。根据多元函数极值理论和梯度下降算法寻找最佳传输时间最小化能量消耗,给出能量消耗最小化的算法。仿真结果表明,解码转发双向中继传输方式适合于上下行速率不对称的应用场合,而解码转发单向中继转发方式则适合于终端带有移动性的场合。

Abstract: This paper studies the Energy Efficiency(EE) of Decode-and-Forward One-Way Relay Transmission(DF-OWRT) and Decode-and-Forward Two-Way Relay Transmission(DF-TWRT) systems under strict delay constraint.It maximizes the EE by jointly optimizing the transmission time and the transmit power.By expressing the transmit powers as the functions of the transmission time through the channel capacity and Signal-to Noise Ratio(SNR) expression,it turns the joint optimization problem to an optimization problem with two decision variables.It uses the theory of extreme values of multivariate functions and gradient descent algorithm to find the optimal transmission time which can minimize the energy consumption,and gives the algorithm of the energy consumption minimum.Simulation results show that DF-TWRT mode is fit for the application situation of rate asymmetry,DF-OWRT is fit for the situation of the terminal with mobility.
