大规模多输入多输出下的容量优化算法

Capacity Optimization Algorithm Under Massive MIMO

摘要: 针对3D相关信道中大规模多输入多输出系统的遍历和速率最大化问题,将空间自由度、信道估计精准因子引入预编码的容量分析中,提出一种联合优化问题的容量优化算法。推导空间自由度、信道状态信息准确度下的系统容量表达式,将系统容量最大化时的联合优化问题转化为用户数优化问题的条件,并基于中点法求优化问题的最优解。仿真结果表明,当信道估计精准因子为0.1、空间自由度为200时,该优化算法与基于用户数穷举搜索算法优化后的遍历和速率、用户数几乎相等,且收敛速度快、复杂度低。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of maximizing traverse rate in massive Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO) system over the 3D relevant channel,the spatial degrees of freedom and accuracy factor of the available Channel State Information(CSI) are introduced in capacity analysis. System capacity expression is derived under the spatial degrees of freedom and different accuracy of CSI. When capacity is maximized,conditions that the joint optimization problem is simplified into for the user number optimization are given. It can be derived that the unique optimal solution is obtained by using a midpoint. Simulation results show that under the condition that accuracy factor of CSI is 0.1 and the spatial degrees of freedom is 200,the optimal algorithm based on midpoint achieves almost the same capacity and user number as the poor search algorithm based on the number of users and regularization parameter,with rapid convergence speed and lower complexity.
