摘要: 介绍了一种采用细分技术的高精度、高稳定度的步进电机驱动电路,其以EPROM与FPGA为核心器件构成环形分配器,采用升频启动,电机根据升频曲线从启动状态平稳地过渡到工作状态。实验结果表明,电机按该驱动方案工作时,可以获得很高的周期稳定性。

Abstract: A circuit for the high precision and stability drive which uses subdivision technology is described. The circuit mainly uses EPROM and FPGA to constitute the pulse distributor. The circuit adopts the ascending frequency startup to make the stepping motor have a smooth transition from startup state to the working state. The experimental data illustrates that the stepping motor can have high period stability in use of the drive circuit.
