摘要： 在简述一种融合了面向服务架构和多Agent协商系统特点的新的协商模型——基于面向服务架构的多Agent协商模型的基础上，设计了该协商模型的多Agent协商服务端，阐述了Agent中协商推理机在协商中的基本过程。面向服务架构的协商服务端与协商Agent管理平台组合起来，搭建起支持开放环境并开展协商的软件应用环境，实现了基于面向服务架构的多Agent协商模型在电子商务中的 应用。

Abstract: A new negotiation model named multi-agent negotiation model with service-oriented architecture, which combines the characteristics of service-oriented architecture and multi-agent negotiation system, is introduced concisely. The multi-agent negotiation service part which is a part of the new negotiation model is designed and implemented, and the process of the inference engine in a negotiation agent is discussed. The negotiation service part with SOA and the negotiation agent management platform are combined together to setup the application environment of the software. It supports the negotiation in an open environment to realize the application of the multi-agent negotiation model with SOA in e-business.
