摘要: 针对短波地空通信站址布局的评估问题,给出2个评估站址布局方案的指标——覆盖度和覆盖效率,分别运用网格扫描法和蒙特卡罗方法对这2个指标进行确定。通过仿真,对正方形和正六边形2种特殊站址布局结构进行评估和比较,得出正六边形结构更合理的结论,并验证了这2个评估指标和确定方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the evaluation problem of sites-setting for short wave air-to-ground communications, two evaluating indicators, coverage degree and coverage efficiency are given. Grid scanning algorithm and Monte Carlo method are used respectively to calculate the two evaluating indicators. According to the simulation, two special sites-setting structures (square and hexagon) are evaluated by the two indicators, and finds out that the hexagon structure is more reasonable comparing with each other. The feasibility and availability of the two evaluating indicators and their calculating methods are validated.
