Industry Ethernet Data Gathering System Based on EtherCAT

摘要: 针对工业以太网分布式数据采集系统实时性差、兼容性差、成本高等问题,提出一种采用EtherCAT总线实现多路数据采集的方法。分析EtherCAT总线的特性,给出工业以太网数据采集系统的总体设计方案及软硬件的具体设计。对构建的系统进行性能测试,结果证明该系统能实现高速、实时的数据采集。

Abstract: Aiming at bad real-time performance, low reliability and high cost of distributed industry Ethernet data gathering system, this paper uses EtherCAT bus to realize multichannel data gathering system. It analyzes the characteristics of EtherCAT bus, and gives the general design scheme and the design of hardware and software. System performance is tested, and the result proves that the system can realize high-speed and real-time data gathering.
