摘要: 目标运动或对焦不准可能造成图像局部模糊。针对该问题,提出一种包括粗糙定位及模糊区域求精2个步骤的模糊区域自动检测和提取方法。通过对空域上的梯度统计结果进行双高斯混合建模以及对频域上的功率谱进行统计分析,实现模糊和非模糊区域的粗糙定 位。根据粗糙定位结果,利用改进的懒惰抠图技术实现模糊区域的精确定位和自动提取。实验结果证明,该方法可以有效检测出图像中的局部模糊区域。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that images may be partially blurred because of moving object or out of focus. This paper proposes a method consisting of two steps for detect and extract the blur region automatically. To realize rough position of the blurry and the non-blurry regions, it combines Gaussian mixture model of image gradients in spatial domain and the statistical analysis of power spectrum in frequency domain. According to the results of the rough position, it uses the improved lazy snapping method to realize automatic and precise extraction of the blur area. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the method.
