摘要: 为对冶金工业环境监测提供良好的支持,设计一种面向冶金废气监测的无线传感器网络系统,该系统由多个可拓展传感器接口的监测节点组成,节点能够与后端数据中心进行无线通信,实现对冶金企业厂区内外大范围、灵活部署的实时监测。系统监测节点使用具有高可靠性和精度的电化学式传感器,通过可扩展传感器接口,对多种冶金废气和空气环境监测。实现结果表明,该系统具有可靠性高、监测时间长、范围广等优点,对冶金工业废气具有较好的监测效果。

Abstract: The metallurgical industry is one of the largest energy consumer and environment wrecker.Hence it is important to monitor the harmful emissions from the metallurgical industry.The design of the Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) for the metallurgical gas monitoring is introduced,the system consists of monitoring nodes with extendable sensor interfaces that can connect with the data center.It is a flexibility and real-time monitoring system which can carry a wide range of internal and external plant.The monitoring nodes consist of high reliability and high accuracy electrochemical gas sensor which can help monitoring variety of metallurgical gas.The monitoring nodes can be continuous working by the solar system.
