摘要: 针对多跳中继无线网络提出一种基于负载均衡策略的呼叫接纳控制算法。在新的用户业务到达时,小区内服务基站根据当前小区负载情况,同时检测邻居小区的负载情况,判断是否将位于小区边缘的固定中继站切换到邻居小区,以减轻当前小区的负载,接纳更多的用户。仿真分析表明,基于负载均衡的接纳控制算法可以有效控制热点小区的业务量,降低新进用户阻塞率和切换用户掉话率。

Abstract: A call admission control algorithm based on load balance strategy for multi-hop relay system is proposed. According to cell’s current load, server base station detects neighbor cell’s load condition to make a choice whether performs handover on Fixed Relay Station(FRS) located at cell’s boundary to neighbor cell or not, which alleviate current cell’s load and accept more subscribers when handover subscribers arrive. Simulation analysis results show that the total traffic in hot cell can be controlled effectively by proposed call admission control algorithm, and new traffic blocking probabilities and handover dropping probabilities can be decreased.
