摘要： 激励是网格技术中的重要问题，为保证机制激励的有效性，必须引入惩罚方法。针对原有惩罚方法的缺陷，提出新的机制惩罚模型。新模型引入幂函数方法，具有很好的灵活性，能满足计算网格多样性的惩罚需求。实例分析和模拟实验验证了新模型的正确性和有 效性。

Abstract: Incentives are important problem in grids. To pledge mechanisms’ effectiveness, penalty should be introduced. This paper proposes a new penalty model in mechanisms. This model is based on power functions, and it is flexible enough to satisfy lots of penalty requirements. Instance analysis and simulation experiments prove its correctness and effectiveness.
