摘要: 针对机舱消防应急救援模拟训练系统中的训练环境控制问题,设计一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的多点温度烟雾测控系统,该系统可实现对模拟系统中消防环境(如烟雾、温度等)的实时测量和控制,为更精确地对训练环境进行控制,将基于算术平均值与分批估计的数据融合方法与PID控制算法相结合,从而提高温度、烟雾采集的精度,改善因传感器失效引起的误差等问题。实验结果验证了该系统的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of environment control in cabin fire emergency rescue training simulation system, this paper presents a multi-point temperature and smoke monitoring system based on single chip microcomputer AT89C52. This system can measure and control the fire atmosphere of simulation real-time system, such as smoke and temperature. In order to control training environment more accurately, data fusion method based on arithmetical and batch estimation, along with PID control algorithm are united, which improves the precision of temperature and smoke. It solves the error caused by sensor failure. Experimental results show this system is effective.
