摘要: 基于虚拟仪器体系结构将电子测量仪器以工作站的形式进行设计与实现。提出事件处理机的概念,用FPGA进行实现,并将其作为工作站的设备控制核心,以USB2.0总线作为设备与主机的通信接口,集成实现了示波器、逻辑分析仪、信号发生器等多个硬件模块,软件采用LabWindows/CVI及VC++7.1工具,实现了关联测量模块之间的同步与联动。

Abstract: This paper introduces an Electronic Measurement Workstation(EMW) design and implementation based on Virtual Instrument(VI) architecture. It introduces the idea of the Event Processor(EP) and implements it through FPGA. The EMW uses the EP as the control unit of the system, and USB2.0 bus as the communication means between the device and the PC. It integrates several hardware modules, such as oscillograph, logic analyzer, signal generator, etc. The software is developed by using LabWindows/CVI and VC++7.1 based on Windows OS, and it realizes the synchronization and inter-action between related measurement modules.
