摘要: 提出一种基于源端的单播拥塞控制算法。该算法的基木思想是对注入网络的码率进行限制,上限是为了保证TCP友好性,即TCP数据流的最大发送速率;下限是保证多媒体数据流的传输质量而给定的最低发送速率,这个速率开始时是根据应用由发送端指定的。同时设计一个可容忍暂态计时器Timer,用来将最低发送速率状态的持续时间控制在可容忍范围内。NS2实验结果证明,在保证TCP友好性的前提下,该算法与TFRC相比具备更平滑的发送速率。

Abstract: A source-based unicast congestion control algorithm is proposed. The main idea of the algorithm is restricting the net flux which infuses into the Internet. The upper limit, which is the maximum sending rate of TCP data flow, maintains the TCP-friendliness. The lower limit is the minimum sending rate, which is to keep the transmission quality of multimedia and is set by sender according to application. Tolerable transient calculagraph Timer is designed, which controls the state that the minimum sending rate maintains in a tolerable range. The results of NS2 simulation prove that the algorithm has more smoothness than TFRC, while maintaining the good performance of TCP-friendliness.
