摘要: 针对当前各种总线共存、无法实现互连互通的状况,结合基于以太网的工厂自动化(EPA)通信协议的特点,提出EPA网段和无线网段(802.15.4)的互连模型,采用基于过程控制的对象连接与嵌入(OPC)技术开发了基于EPA通信规范的OPC服务器,并运用开发的OPC客户端成功实现了对EPA网段和无线网段的数据监控,实际测试表明,开发的基于EPA的OPC服务器正确、可靠。

Abstract: All kinds of fieldbus coexist and can not implement the interconnection, the technology of OLE for Process Control(OPC) is taken to develop a OPC server based on Ethernet for Plant Automation(EPA) communication protocol, and the interconnection of EPA network and wireless network are implemental. OPC Server based on EPA communication protocol are introduced in detail. And a client to control the data of field device to show the property of the OPC server based on EPA is design.
