KJ82 Integrated Supervision System Based on Industrial Ethernet in Coal Mine

摘要: 构建基于冗余环形光纤工业以太网和现场总线的多主传输的KJ82矿井综合监控系统网络体系结构,支持网络化控制和硬实时优先级技术,实现综合监控系统异常的联动控制。采用改进的网络协议,具有实时数据处理及各种监控子系统的汇接的能力。设计实现的KJF23防爆交换机和KJF36/42本安型分站在现场成功应用,测试表明其提高了矿井监控系统的反应速度、集成能力、可靠性、兼容性。

Abstract: The network architecture of KJ82 integrated supervision system in coal mine is built upon redundancy ring fiber industrial Ethernet and field bus which has the ability of multi-master transport. It supports networked control and hard real-time priority by which exceptional linkage control of integrated supervision system can be achieved. Traditional network protocols are improved to satisfy real-time data processing and assemble various subsystems. Anti-explosion switch of KJJ23 and safety substation of KJF36 are implemented and used in mining scene. Application and test show response speed, integrating ability, reliability and compatibility of the supervision system are enhanced effectively.
