摘要: 为了实时而高效地记录整个手术导航执行过程,提出基于PACS的计算机手术导航过程归档技术,通过在手术过程中实时采集能够反映整个手术过程的图像和位置坐标数据,并将这些图像和坐标数据转换为PACS系统能够支持的DICOM文件,进而存入PACS系统数据库中,实现手术过程的记录,通过数据提取从PACS系统中获得手术过程的原始数据,并依据获得的原始图像和位置坐标数据回放和还原整个手术导航过程,完成手术导航过程的归档。

Abstract: The process of the surgery navigation is an operation-sensitive process, and it is important to record and archive the whole process. This paper proposes key technologies for archiving of computerized surgery navigation process based on PACS. At the stage of surgery, the images and track data are acquired by the screen captured tool and the navigation software. These image and data files are converted into DICOM files supported by PACS and transferred into the database in the PACS. The process of surgery navigation is recorded. Subsequently, the original data of process archiving is acquired from PACS, and these data are used to play back and restore the process of surgery navigation. The process archiving is complished.
