摘要: 针对现有食品货架期预测装置存在的缺点,设计一种智能货架期预测装置。该装置中的南美白对虾货架期预测算法基于时间-温度指示器理论及K-means算法实现,在不同的温度和时间段条件采用不同的算法预测货架期。实验结果表明,与现有预测装置相比,该装置能精确预测货架期,且功耗低、体积小。

Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of the current shelf-life prediction device, a new intelligent prediction device is proposed in this paper. The shelf-life prediction algorithm of penaeus vannamei is based on the theory of Time-Temperature Indicator(TTI) and K-means algorithm. Different prediction algorithm is adopted to predict shelf-life according to the corresponding temperature and stage of penaeus vannamei. Compared with the previous, this device can not only accurately predict the shelf-life, but also has low power consumption and small size.
