温室微灌恒压组态轮灌自动控制系统

Auto-control System for Green House Micro-irrigation with Constant Pressure and Configurable Rotational Irrigation

摘要: 为实现恒压供水且提高微灌灌溉均匀度及自动组态轮灌,提出一种以PC为监控上位机、PLC为下位机的温室大棚微灌自动控制系统。论述系统的硬件与软件的规划与设计,研究多路多时段灌溉计划定时控制模型,设计自适应组态轮灌策略自适应预防压力冲突与过载失压,采用变频调速与改进的PID闭环控制实现恒压供水。应用结果表明,系统具有良好的鲁棒性,自动化程度高,能够满足自动适时适量的恒压科学灌水要求。

Abstract: For achieving constant pressure water supply and improving the uniformity of irrigation and time-based auto irrigation, a PC-PLC-based auto-control system for green house micro-irrigation is presented, and the hardware and software design of the system are discussed. Based on the research of time control model of multi-road multi-period irrigation schedule, a self-adaptive configuration rotational irrigation strategy is designed to avoid pressure collision and pressure loss, and PID close-loop control technology is employed to achieve constant pressure water supply based on variable frequency drive technology. Application results indicate that this system has good robustness and high automation level, and can satisfy the demand of scientific irrigation of well-timed and right amount.
