摘要: 为解决战术指挥控制(C2)实体之间协同决策任务协调者的设置问题,提出战术C2实体间的协作量、协作交流网中节点间的距离、树高最小的生成树等概念,给出树高最小的战术C2实体之间虚拟层次结构(指挥控制树)的生成算法,根据指挥控制树设置任务协调者。算例分析结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the task coordinator setting problem for tactical Command and Control(C2) entities’ collaborative decision-making, this paper proposes the concepts of cooperation quantity between tactical C2 entities, distances of points in cooperation-intercourse network and the spanning tree with the smallest tree height, and gives the algorithm of creating virtual hierarchy(C2 tree) for tactical C2 entities with the smallest tree height. The task coordinator setting method is designed based on C2 tree. An instance is designed to prove the effectiveness of the method.
