PID Control of Beer Yeast Spread Cultivation System Based on Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

摘要: 针对啤酒酵母扩培过程中温度较难控制的问题,提出一种基于混合遗传算法(GA)的PID控制方法。在GA中嵌入梯度下降算子,利用梯度下降法对每代中若干个精英个体以一定概率进行搜索,从而提高算法的局部搜索能力。实验结果表明,该方法的响应速度较快,且无稳态误差。

Abstract: Under the conventional control, the temperature is not easy to control in the process of beer yeast spread cultivation. Aiming at this problem, a Proportional-integral-differential(PID) control method based on hybrid Genetic Algorithm(GA) is proposed. A gradient descend operator is introduced into the GA. Gradient descend method is carried on search by certain probability for certain elitists of every generation to strengthen the ability of local search. Experimental results show that the method can ensures fast response performance of system and it has not steady-state error.
