符号分析法在模拟电路可测度计算中的应用

摘要: 为消除模拟电路可测度计算的符号法在应用中的限制条件,提出一种可测度计算的方法。该方法在故障诊断方程分母多项式的最高项系数不等于1的情况下,通过诊断方程的等价变换计算电路可测度,可以处理任意形式的诊断方程,同时避免计算误差的引入。实例电路分析与工程应用结果表明,该方法具有计算简单、结果准确的优点,适用于模拟电路的自动测试和故障诊断。

Abstract: To cancel the restriction on symbolic method in analog circuit testability computing, an new testability evaluation method is proposed. When the coefficient of the item with highest power in the denominator polynomial of the fault diagnosis equation is not equal to 1, the circuit testability is computed after equivalent transformation of the original diagnosis equation, so the method can do with any diagnosis equation, and voids the error introduction in the process of testability computing. Example circuit analysis and engineering application show that the method is more simple and accurate, and is applicable in analog circuit automatic test and fault diagnosis.
