摘要: 在各种突发事件情况下,需要将现场的音视频数据及位置信息实时传送到指挥中心,以方便指挥人员进行决策处理。为此,设计一种基于Linux系统的便携式移动终端系统,以音视频处理芯片Hi3512为核心,实现对音视频数据的处理,同时采用3G无线技术对音视频数据及GPS定位信息进行无线传输。系统测试结果证明,该终端的音视频传输延迟较小,且能够对现场进行精确定位,可基本达到项目要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the purpose of transmitting the audio and video data, as well as the position information to the command center for the command crew to process the emergency cases, this paper designs a portable mobile terminal system based on embedded Linux system. The processing chip Hi3512 is used as the core of the system to realize the work of processing the audio and video data information. Those data as well as the position information are transmitted by the 3G wireless communication system. The test of the whole system shows that the audio and video transmission delay is quietly low and the position information is accuracy. It reaches the require of the whole project.
