Automatic Extraction Method for Imaging Logs Crack Based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm

摘要: 为有效获取成像测井图像中的地质信息,提出基于改进蚁群算法的裂缝自动提取方法。利用人工蚂蚁在图像上的移动生成累加器图像,将灰度图像的分割转化为对累加器的分割,从而实现裂缝像素点的获取,并结合霍夫变换求取裂缝特征参数。对含有非裂缝信息的超声波成 像测井图像进行处理,实现成像图中裂缝的自动提取。实验结果表明,改进的蚁群算法可用于消除图像中垂向延伸的非裂缝信息,对于低角度裂缝及水平裂缝具有较好的分割效果,在裂缝的自动提取中起到提高识别精度的作用。

Abstract: In order to effectively acquire geological information from imaging logs,the method of crack extraction automatically based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed.This method generates accumulator image using the move of artificial ants on the images,the gray image is segmented into the accumulator segmentation,realizing the acquirement of crack pixels.Combined with Hough transform,it extracts crack parameters of crack.The image with non-fracture information from ultrasonic imaging logs is processed by using this method.The method realizes the extraction automatically of crack on the actual images.Results show that improved ant colony algorithm can be used for eliminating non-fracture information of vertical extension and segmenting low angle cracks and horizontal cracks.It plays the role of improving the identification precision in crack extraction automatically.
