摘要: 在Web服务推荐过程中,Web服务缺失服务质量(QoS)值的预测精度会对服务推荐合理性产生重要影响。为此,结合时空相似度感知,提出一种新的Web服务QoS协同过滤推荐算法。从QoS协同预测角度对Web服务推荐系统框架进行设计,并给出相关参数集合定义。针对传统top-K算法中部分服务与目标服务不相似的问题,利用时空相似度感知结合相似权重的方式预测缺数据,以提高预测精度,并通过简单示例给出算法的计算过程。实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract: In Web service recommendation process,the prediction accuracy of missing Web Quality of Service(QoS) value has important impact for the service recommendation rationality.Therefore,this paper puts forward a novel collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm of Web services based on QoS value and spatial and temporal similarity sensing.Firstly,the framework of Web service recommendation system is designed from the perspective of Web QoS collaborative forecasting and the definition of relevant parameters is given.Secondly,according to the problem of dissimilarity between part of the service and the target service in traditional top-K algorithm,spatial and temporal similarity perception with similar weight is used to predict missing data,which can improve the prediction accuracy.Then the calculation process is presented by the simple example.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by experimental results.
