Color and Motion Features Fusion Tracking Based on Game Theory

摘要:

针对单一特征难以适应复杂场景变化的问题,提出一种多特征融合跟踪算法。在均值迁移跟踪框架下,视颜色特征和由光流法表示的运动特征为两博弈者,通过寻找两者在博弈中的均衡点作为跟踪结果输出,使不同特征的作用在跟踪中动态地达到最佳平衡。实验结果表明,该 算法能够适应自然光照和目标姿态等变化,且在遮挡、干扰等情况下优势明显。与传统的跟踪方法相比,跟踪精度和跟踪鲁棒性较好,可在复杂场景下实现准确的目标跟踪。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that single feature is hard to adapt to complex scene changes,a multi-feature fusion algorithm is proposed.Based on the Mean Shift(MS) tracking framework,this paper regards the color feature and motion feature characterized by optical flow as two players.By looking for the equilibrium point of the two in the game and as output of tracking the result,this algorithm reaches dynamicallg the optimal balance of different features in tracking process.Experimental results show the the algorithm can adapt to changes of illumination and target’s pose,which has obvious advantages in the case of shelter and interference,compared with traditional tracking methods,this algorithm has higher accuracy and robustness of tracking which can realize excellent tracking in complex scenario.
