基于蓝牙RSSI的贝叶斯区域判别定位算法

Bayesian Region Discriminant Location Algorithm Based on Bluetooth RSSI

摘要:

传统基于接收信号强度指示(RSSI)的多点定位方法定位精度较低,稳定性较差。为此,提出一种基于蓝牙RSSI的区域判别定位算法。对RSSI信号建立区域判别模型并构建不同区域的RSSI向量组,通过贝叶斯估计分析对RSSI强度测距求加权值,判别接收到RSSI时的精确区域并选用该区域的RSSI向量进行多点质心定位。实验结果表明,在可信度为95%的线性拟合条件下,该算法的区域定位准确度达90.63%,平均定位误差低至0.897 m。

Abstract:

The traditional multi-point location method based on Received Signal Strength Indication(RSSI) has low positioning accuracy and poor stability.To solve this problem,a region discriminant location algorithm based on Bluetooth RSSI is proposed.The RSSI vectors of different regions are constructed after the region discriminant model of RSSI signals is established.The weighted value of RSSI intensity ranging is calculated by Bayesian estimation and analysis.The precise region when RSSI signals are received is discriminated and the RSSI vectors of the region are selected for multi-point centroid location.Experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm can reach 90.63%,and the average positioning error can be as low as 0.897 m under the condition of linear fitting with 95% credibility.
