烤烟房温湿度无线数据采集系统

摘要: 为解决农村烤烟房烘烤参数数据采集精度低和可移动性较差等问题,提出一个采用无线技术组建烤烟房温湿度数据采集系统的方案。通过无线数据传输模块实现烤烟房内温湿度传输的无线化,现场从机采集的数据通过无线信道传送到PC,以VB6.0设计开发实时监测平台,从而实现烤烟房内温湿度的无线智能监测。实践证明,该系统的应用可降低布线成本,对烤房的温湿度进行实时监测,有助于提高烟叶的烘烤质量和效率。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the data acquisition in tobacco drying room such as low precision and poor mobility, a data acquisition system of temperature and humidity based on wireless technology is proposed. Data of the temperature and humidity sensor in tobacco drying room can be sent wirelessly through wireless data transceivers, and data collected by salve are transmitted to the PC through the radio communications, VB6.0 is used to design and develop the real-time monitoring platform, which can intelligently monitor the temperature and humidity in tobacco drying room. Application of the system shows that the cost of wiring can be reduced, temperature and humidity can be monitored in real-time, and tobacco curing quality and efficiency can be improved.
