摘要： 在Web服务所提供的基本功能的基础上，应用语义注释的思想，给出一种对Web服务进行语义说明的方法。应用CIDOC CRM标准对Web数据规范进行注释，可为该规范加入语义信息，反映数据的含义，并揭示出数据之间的层次关系，从而使Web服务使用者更好地理解数据，并将所获取的数据准确地应用到数据处理中。

Abstract: Based on the normal functions of the Web services, this paper proposes a feasible way that annotates the meaning of the data received from a Web service by the semantic annotation. The Web services users who understand better the meanings of Web data criteria can operate the received data correctly in their applications by the additional semantic information which is described by the CIDOC CRM and is capable of revealing the meanings and the multilevel relations of data.
