光纤传感系统中光斑中心亚像素定位算法

Abstract: In order to improve orientation accuracy of the light-spot pixel position in fiber sensing measurement system based on Charge-Coupled Device(CCD), this paper proposes a new algorithm based on traditional center of gravity algorithm, which adopts weight nonlinearity and linear interpolation. Orientation precision of the two algorithms are compared under different noise levels. Simulation result shows that the new algorithm can reach 0.05 pixel of orientation precision, and it is more precise and stable.

摘要: 为了提高基于电荷耦合元件的光纤传感系统中光斑光强峰值的定位精度,在传统灰度重心法的基础上提出基于非线性权值和线性插值的峰值定位算法,在不同噪声情况下比较原重心法与改进的重心法的定位精度。实验结果表明,改进的算法能达到0.05个像元大小的定位精度,具有更高的定位精度和稳定性。
