Abstract:
A multi-objective multi-period emergency logistics model is proposed to deal with Split-delivery Vehicle Routing Problem(SDVRP). The planning aims to minimize the unsatisfied demand, total delivery time and supply unbalance among demanders. The weighted sum is taken to compromise the three objectives. Coding schemes are designed to translate the delivery plans into gene sequences. Based on the feasible initial population generated by the roulette wheel selection, disaster-affected areas are clustered and the evolutionary optimization is performed. A numeric example is presented to validate the effectiveness of the model and its algorithm.

摘要: 为解决拆分-配送车辆路由问题,建立多目标多周期应急物流模型,以最小化供需差异、总配送时间及灾点间的不均衡度为目标,通过加权求和,得到综合的目标函数,并设计新的编码规则,将配送方案映射为基因序列,由赌盘轮转法生成可行的初始种群,将灾点聚类后,利用遗传算法进化寻优。数值实验结果验证了该模型及其算法的有效性。
