Abstract:
To solve the visibility of outdoor surveillance system in foggy weather, a weather degraded image sharpening algorithm is proposed. Combined the Approximate Point Spread Function Examining(APSFE) algorithm and Partially Overlapped Sub-block Histogram Equalization(POSHE) to wipe out the weather factor which influences the quality of image. Taking sub-block and step size input image size, and can use the preset value which needn’t parameter estimation, thus realize the improved algorithm. Experimental results show that, the improved algorithm has good adaptivity and instantaneity.

摘要: 针对恶劣天气环境下的户外检测系统,提出一种退化图像清晰化算法。将近似点扩散函数估计算法与改进的部分重叠子块直方图均衡化去雾算法相结合,以去除影响图像质量的气象因素,根据图像大小选择子块的尺寸和步长,使用固定参数经验值进行图像处理,实现降质图像的复原。实验结果表明,该算法具有较强的自适应性和实时性。
