Abstract:
The problem of emergency resource allocation and dispatch is studied based on fuzzy parameter. A multi-objective fuzzy programming is established based on both the earliest emergency-start-time and minimum allocation and dispatching cost. This model is extended to multi-depots combinatorial supply policy. Giving the order relation of interval number, the solution algorithm for this model is proposed with the aid of multi-objective theory. A numerical example illustrates the model algorithm is feasible and effective.

摘要: 研究系统参数为区间数的应急资源布局与调度问题。以应急准时开始可能度最大、资源布局调度费最小为目标,构建多目标模糊规划模型,并推广到多出救点联合救援的情况。基于区间数的一种排序准则,提出用分层序列法求解模型的方法。通过一个算例验证该模型的合理性及求解方法的有效性。
