Quadratic Path Loss Model Based on Typical Urban Road Environment

基于典型城市公路环境的二次型路径损耗模型

Abstract: On the basis of path loss model in urban road typical application environment, this paper proposes a quadratic path loss model and verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the new model by comparison with the existing classical model in fitting error distribution, root-mean-square error and squared relative coefficient. Result shows that for a typical application environment which is short in distance, near the ground and rich in scattering, relationship between the path loss and the logarithmic distance is more likely to a quadratic attenuation relationship compared with the classical quadratic path loss mode, rather than a linear attenuation relationship in the traditional sense.

摘要: 在城市公路典型应用环境的路径损耗模型基础上,提出一种改进的二次型路径损耗模型。通过拟合误差分布、残差标准差、相关系数平方等指标特性,将二次型路径损耗模型与经典路径损耗模型进行实际信道路径损耗的拟合效果对比分析,结果表明,在短距离近地面富散射条件下,路径损耗与收发对数距离之间的关系并非传统意义上的线性衰减关系,与经典路径损耗模型相比,二次型路径损耗模型能够更好地拟合信道衰落特性。
