System Security Assessment Based on Rough Set and D-S Evidence Theory

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that traditional security management system can not reflect the security status of the entire system, a method based on rough set and D-S evidence theory is presented. It uses attribute reduction and attribute values reduction in rough set theory to optimize the evaluation indicators and get the simplest rules, determines the value of the evidence in the rough set and D-S theory combination rules according to the importance of the attribute in the decision table, gets Basic Probability Assignment(BPA) based on the decision table and establishes a system security assessment model. Experimental result shows that this method can optimize evaluation indicators, get the simplest rules, and improve the reliability of security assessment.

摘要: 针对传统安全管理系统不能及时反映整个系统安全状态的问题,提出基于粗糙集和D-S证据理论的系统安全评估方法。利用粗糙集理论的属性约简和属性值约简对评估指标进行优化,获得最简规则。根据决策表中的属性重要性确定证据在粗糙 D-S理论合成公式中的权值,以决策表为依据获取基本概率分配,建立系统安全评估模型。实验结果表明,该方法能优化评估指标,获取最简规则,提高安全评估的可靠性。
