Research on Station-transfer Measurement Method for Point Position Information of Hull

船体外板点位信息转站测量方法研究

Abstract: Aiming at the issue that the coordinate of the hull’s points can not be measured in the single station because of the fitting of the inner structures,this paper proposes a partition measurement method,which establishes an army of coordinate system by moving measurement station.On the base of coordinate transforming and data calculating,the function is carried out to measure all the point’s coordinates of the hull,as well as an application is programed to calculate the measure data.To validate the measurement error,a measuring test is carried out with the physical hull model.The results demonstrate that the proposed method can satisfy the precision requirement of hull measurement in shipbuilding engineering.It is beneficial to improve the precision of hull building,the quality of building and the productivity of shipbuilding.

摘要: 在船体外板激光测量中,存在因内部结构安装而无法在一个测站位置获取全部测点数据的问题。为此,提出一种通过转移测站位置在不同坐标系下分区测量的方法,并编制计算程序验证测量数据坐标变换、数据拟合等处理算法,实现转站测量船体全部待测点形位信息的功能 。利用船体模型的实际测量数据计算测量误差,结果表明,该方法能够满足造船工程中船体测量精度要求,可有效提高船体建造精度和施工效率,保证船体的建造质量。
