In order to improve the urban flood control and disaster relief capabilities,a three-dimensional visualization emergency management information system of urban waterlogging is designed integrating information technologies including Beidou satellite monitoring, big data analysis, cloud services and comprehensive integration,et al.The system architecture consists of perception layer, data layer, service layer, application layer and client layer. The Beidou technology is used to implement all-weather multi-dimensional dynamic monitoring and transmission of multi-source information.Massive data is analyzed and stored based on the Hadoop platform to propel the construction of the three-dimensional visualization integrated enviro. This system takes Xi'an city as a study object, providing function modules including multi-source information resource analysis, waterlogging monitoring, alarming and preplan. The results indicate that this system can provide all-weather,all-round waterlogging emergency management services. It has advantages such as strong usability and good scalability, which can provide decision support for scientific urban waterlogging response.
