摘要： 在研究多主体系统理论的基础上，结合面向服务的体系结构，提出了一个多主体系统的服务模型，给出了该服务模型的体系结构，能有效整合异构服务资源，解决用户服务请求，在多主体环境MAGE上进行实现，并在城市应急联动与社会综合服务系统中得到了应用。

Abstract: This paper proposes a service model of multi-agent system and demonstrates its architecture on the basis of agent theory and service-oriented structure. Through the multi-agent environment MAGE, the paper implementes the system and applies it in the city emergency interact and social comprehensive service project.
