摘要: 提出了海上搜救中救助船选优问题的决策因素集,分析了用BP神经网络确定各因素权重的优越性,建立了救助船选优问题确定各因素权重的BP神经网络,用样本经过训练后进行了决策模拟,实验结果与专家期望值进行了比较,结果表明神经网络模型在处理速度与客观性上具有明显的优势

Abstract: This paper gives the decision factor collector of selecting rescue ships, and analyses the advantage of using BP neural network to decide the weight of every factor, sets up BP neural network which solves the problem of deciding the weight of every factor in selecting rescue ships. As a result, it carries on decision simulation after training BP neural network with the samples, and the experimental result is compared with expert’s expected value.
