摘要: 参照通用网络设备的测试标准及方法,结合IPv4/IPv6转换网关自身的特点,提出了一套适用于转换网关的性能测试指标。针对网络混合流应用环境,提出了3项综合评价网络性能的测试指标:双向平均延迟,混合平均延迟和加权混合延迟。这3个指标更能体现用户的感受。基于所提出的测试指标,给出了相应的测试方法和测试实例,对测试结果进行分析。

Abstract: An IPv4/IPv6 transition gateway has to pass a performance test before it puts to practice. This paper presents a set of performance metrics, which can describe performance characteristics of a transition gateway, including bi-directional latency, commix latency and weighed commix latency. It presents some benchmarks for IPv4/IPv6 transition gateway testing, and gives a test example to show the methodology.
