摘要: 为了有效地评价第三方物流企业的关键客户,在具体分析第三方物流企业的基础上建立了关键客户多级综合评价参考体系,给出了形式化的关键客户多级综合评价物元模型。提出了一种定性与定量结合的关键客户多级可拓综合评价方法,通过关联函数、合格度和优度计算,客观地给出了综合评价结果。对实际数据进行处理的结果表明,该方法能够有效地保证关键客户综合评价的质量和效率。

Abstract: To evaluate key clients effectively, a general comprehensive evaluation system for key clients is defined based on the analysis of the third party logistics enterprises. A formalized expression of the multilevel comprehensive evaluation problem for key clients in the matter element model is given. A multilevel comprehensive evaluation approach for key clients based on extension theory is presented. It adopts the optimal degree evaluation approach from the extension theory, which extends cantor set theory and fuzzy set theory in the semantics. Practical results show that the multilevel comprehensive evaluation approach for key clients is effective and efficient.
