摘要: 针对现场质量控制存在的实时性差、质量信息不能有效采集等问题,提出了将带有蓝牙接口的嵌入式质量管理器应用到现场质量管理车间的方案,设计和实现了一个基于Linux的网络化嵌入式质量管理器。研究表明,该管理器能通过蓝牙技术实现点对点和点对多点的无线数据传输,又能通过网络对数控机床、相关工序点进行远程监控与管理,为嵌入式系统在企业中的运用提供了一种新思路。

Abstract: To solve real-time quality information acquisition and other issues under site-specific quality control circumstances, this paper discusses the design and application of embedded quality management instrument with integration of network as well as Bluetooth technology. It also does some research on the key methods of device including the realization of Bluetooth communication, memory management and so on. It justifies that embedded quality management instrument can achieve point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless data transmission through Bluetooth technology, and realize remote monitoring and management of CNC machine tools and relevant process points with network technology. The manager will play an important role in numerical control circumstance.
