摘要: 人机界面是影响软件设计质量的重要因素之一,需要利用综合评价方法,科学、合理地评判人机界面设计质量。该文分析了人机界面设计的原则,建立了评价指标体系,利用“灰色关联分析”确定评价指标的权重,采用灰色统计方法建立了测评矩阵,借鉴模糊综合评价方法对软件的人机界面进行了合理的评价。

Abstract: Human computer interface(HCI) plays an important role in software quality, so it is necessary to search a logical and scientific method to evaluate the HCI quality of software system. The paper analyzes the factors of HCI, then establishes the comprehensive evaluation model. In the course of solvent, it uses grey relation analysis to obtain the weight of every index and grey statistic method to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix, then appraises HCI in terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, so the evaluation can be more scientific and objective.
