油田注水泵站远程监控系统设计

摘要: 针对油田注水泵站的生产实际,设计了Web平台上的油田注水泵站远程监控系统5层体系结构。传感器和可编程控制器采集的数据通过Profibus总线送到控制工程师工作站。控制工程师工作站对注水泵站进行动态全过程自动监视,并控制机泵设备的起停、电机转速及泵流量的调节。OPC技术作为控制工程师工作站与上层应用程序的通信接口,实现泵站运行设备和数据库服务器之间的数据传输和交换。Web服务器和后台实时数据库实现了泵站运行信息的在线查询和报表处理。给出了基于上述体系结构的某油田Web平台上的泵站运行数据远程监控与查询系统设计实例,系统远程访问的响应时间小于2s,满足注水泵站实时监控要求。

Abstract: A five-tier remote supervisory control system architecture is designed for pump station in oil field.. In this architecture, run time data are acquired by sensors and programmable logic controllers (PLC) and transferred to CES via Profibus. Production process of pump station is automatically supervised in real time by CES. Data between CES and database server are exchanged by OPC (OLE for process control) server. The Web server for remote querying and report application are constructed on the database server. A case study is provided and a remote supervisory control system for a pump station is implemented based on the above architecture. The response time of the database is less than two seconds, which can meet the real-time controlling requirement for pump station.
