摘要: 为建立装备战损评估决策支持系统的需要,对装备战损等级评定方法进行了研究。分析了装备战损等级的划分标准、评判因素以及评估信息来源,建立了适应决策系统实际需要的评定流程,对评定流程中各个关键部分进行了说明。在对现行评定方法研究的基础上,针对实际应用环境,结合判定树推理与不确定性推理,建立了新的装备战损等级评定方法。通过示例对该方法进行了说明。

Abstract: To develop the equipment battlefield damage assessment decision support system, the method of equipment battlefield damage level assessment is researched. In this paper, the partition standard, judge factor and assessment information source are analyzed. The assessment flow which adapts to the actual demand is established. These key processes in the flow are introduced. Aiming at traditional methods can not suffice the application domain, by means of determinant tree reasoning and uncertainty reasoning, the innovative method for equipment battlefield damage level assessment is created. Finally the case shows the application of the method.
