电子花样机花样编辑算法的设计与实现

摘要: 花样编辑是新型智能缝制设备电子花样机的核心功能之一。该文在定义基本线型、点型的基础上,研究并设计花样的动态编辑与二次编辑算法,给出了基于自主数据格式NTP的花样文件生成算法。目前,该算法已在电子花样机嵌入式软件及其花样设计软件“兰花花V1.0”中得到了应用。实际应用表明,该算法灵活、可靠,具有实用价值。

Abstract: Pattern edit is one of the core functions of the new intelligent electro-pattern-sewing machine. Based on the definitions of basic line-types and point-types, this paper researches and designs the algorithm of dynamic edit, re-edit and the generation of pattern files based on independent design format. The algorithm is used in the embedded system of electro-pattern-sewing machine successfully and the pattern-design software LanHuaHua V1.0 running on PC. Experimental results prove that these algorithms are flexible and reliable, and they are valuable in practice.
