摘要: 提出微位移传感器测控系统动态性能优化设计方法,建立系统数学模型和校正模型,借助Matlab控制系统工具箱、优化设计工具箱完成校正模型的参数寻优,实现测控系统动态性能的优化设计。仿真结果显示,该方法优化效果明显,拓展了工作频带,改善了系统的动态性能。

Abstract: This paper proposes a dynamic performance optimal design method of micro-displacement sensor measurement and control system, and establishes mathematical model and correction model of system. With control system toolbox and optimal design toolbox of Matlab, the parameter optimization of correction model is completed, dynamic performance optimal design of measurement and control system is realized. Simulation show that optimal results are significant. Work frequency-band is expanded to improve dynamic performance of the system.
