基于WiMAX的移动视频监控系统

摘要: 提出一个基于无线城域网(WiMAX)的移动视频监控系统设计方案,给出系统监控前端的硬件设计、采用的芯片及无线接口的设计,采用双缓存机制和自适应码流策略保证WiMAX网络扇区切换和带宽变化时传输到最终用户的视频质量。测试结果及系统实际应用效果证明了该设计方案的有效性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a design scheme of mobile video surveillance system based on WiMAX. It gives the hardware design of front end, chips and the wireless network interfaces. Double buffer and intelligent code rate control policies are used to assure the quality of video when network bandwidth changes or sector switchs in WiMAX. Experimental results and application effect of the system show the validity of the design scheme.
