摘要: 为了在网络化制造环境下制定优化而又可行的生产计划,提出一种基于产品和外协企业重要性分级的生产计划任务分解和分配模型。该模型以项目/订单作为输入,通过使用恰当的合作伙伴选择和分配策略,以制造任务的完整分配方案作为输出,从而实现网络化制造环境下生产计划合理、高效和优化的分解与分配。

Abstract: To make an optimal and practical coordinate production planning under the environment of networked manufacturing, a production task decomposition and distribution model, which is based on product information and the idea of collaborative manufacturer, is put forward. The model generates the whole distribution program of manufacturing task with the order as input, by appropriate tactic of collaboration partner selection and distribution. Through the model, the reasonable, efficient and optimal decomposition and distribution can be implemented.
