半实物仿真综合实验台控制系统方案

摘要: 构建半实物仿真综合实验台,能够模拟再现2个飞行器的空间交会动力学过程。在此基础上,提出半实物仿真综合实验台控制系统方案。控制系统包括中央控制单元、测控单元、模型计算单元、驱动装置以及六维力传感器,实现对整个实验的控制和管理、在线监视以及驱动机构的动作。该系统设计具有控制实时性以及良好的用户界面,经过实验验证,证明其是稳定、可靠的。

Abstract: This paper builds a half-physical simulation test-bed, it can simulate spatial docking dynamics process. On the basis of the test-bed, it presents a control scheme. The system includes center control unit, test control unit, model calculation unit, driving device and six-directional sensor. It implements the control and management of the whole experimentation, on-line surveillance and the movement of driving device. The system design has real-time control and well user interface. Experiment verifies its stable and reliable.
